For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement or returns is subject to approval by management.
In case following conditions are not met G9 reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition
- Items has been used, or altered
- The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Before returning package you need to contact G9 to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed on website or e-mail email@example.com
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
- If you have an exchange for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

In case of transit damaged it is advised that customer do not accept the material from Courier delivery boy and mentioned reason as “Package in Damaged Condition
How long would it take for Refund or Exchange shipment?
- Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue refund within 5 working days and in the same form as the original payment type.

- If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Entire amount would be refunded into your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
- We reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability.
- If your order is cancelled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
